Shipping policy

Each piece is made to order in our Brooklyn studio. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production time, with production timelines varying up to 9 weeks. Tracking details will be provided within 72 hours of shipment. Veranai is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers.

International: Customers pay duties/fees on delivery. Veranai is not responsible for any duties/fees after checkout/shipping.
