Out of stock items
Veranai produces a limited number of pieces per run. When capacity is reached, shop orders will pause. Everything is made to order, so re-stocks are based upon demand.

Veranai is a one-woman studio. Order quantities are intentionally limited for quality control.
Production
Veranai is made to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent to be cast in metal within 24 hours. Casting takes approximately 5-7 business days. It is then hand-finished in our Brooklyn studio.
Full production timelines may vary; please allow 3–6 weeks for completion. Once your order is finished, tracking details will be provided within 72 hours. For order status updates, contact hello@veranai.nyc

Shipping policy
Domestic: $10.00 USD
International: Shipping rates calculated by carrier
Tracking details will be provided within 72 hours of shipment. Veranai is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers.
Return policy
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. If you are not fully satisfied with your piece, I’m happy to offer repairs or modifications. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale, but adjustments can always be discussed.

Sizing
All pieces are made to standard US sizing. If you're unsure of your ring size, refer to our ring size guide.
