Production: Veranai produces a limited number of pieces per run. When capacity is reached, shop orders will pause. Join our mailing list for first looks and early access to the next drop. Each piece is made to order in our Brooklyn studio. Please allow 3-6 weeks for production time.

Shipping: Worldwide shipping. Tracking details will be provided within 72 hours of shipment. Veranai is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers.

Returns: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. If you are not fully satisfied with your piece, I’m happy to offer repairs or modifications. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale, but adjustments can always be discussed.
