Each piece is handcrafted in solid sterling silver. There may be slight variations in the metal, finish, and gemstones, making every piece uniquely its own.

Production: Each piece is made to order in our Brooklyn studio. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production time, with production timelines varying up to 9 weeks.
Shipping: Worldwide shipping. Tracking details will be provided within 72 hours of shipment. Veranai is not responsible for packages lost with shipping carriers.
International: Customers pay duties/fees on delivery. Veranai is not responsible for any duties/fees after checkout/shipping.
Returns: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. If you are not fully satisfied with your piece, I’m happy to offer repairs or modifications. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale, but adjustments can always be discussed.
